Since Tom’s graduation in 1987 he has been working enthusiastically in across all areas of podiatry, including public and veterans hospitals and nursing homes before venturing into private practice in Lismore.

He has since been situated in Lismore for 25 years, relocating to embrace the rural lifestyle, beaches and natural beauty of the northern rivers. The variations from Gosford to Lismore was massive with minimal medical back up services at that time requiring a rapid learning curve to encompass “everything feet”.

Since then he has furthered his studies in diabetes ,mobilisation techniques, orthotics and sports medicine, providing him with a diverse range of both diagnostic and treatment options that experience can offer.

Tom was first exposed to podiatry at age 16 by having placed 4th in the NSW state championships this causing  injury to his feet that led him to seek out orthotics, and founded his interest in the podiatry industry. Through his practical knowledge of sports in conjunction with all treatment forms, is Tom is skilled in  helping all areas from children to seniors, athletes to weekend warriors.

His active lifestyle and his 4 children have allowed Tom to know what it’s like to be on the other side of the treatment and hopes to bring that empathy to all his clients.
